Terms and Conditions of Use
We offer a broad range of Communication Products. Our standard line is priced very competitively and can ship available stock within 24 - 48 business hours ARO.
Custom assemblies, custom kitting and value added services are available, fabricated to your specifications. For custom cable assembly guidelines, please contact your sales representative for pricing and availability at 858-571-5400. Application specific design assistance is available.
Delivery: In most cases stock items are shipped within 24 business hours and special assemblies using standard connectors are available within 72 business hours. Delivery for other custom assemblies will be determined at the time of formal quotation submittal.
Standards: Our calibration system is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Our Quality Assurance and Inspection system is in accordance with MIL-I-45208 and follows ISO-9001 guidelines.
Shipping: UPS is our standard carrier. For Federal Express or other carriers please indicate your requirements at the time you issue your purchase order.
FOB: All shipments are FOB 7352 Convoy Court. San Diego, California.
Electrical Testing: All assemblies are 100% tested for continuity/open/short as standard procedure.
RF Testing: VSWR (return loss) and insertion loss can be provided for an additional cost.
Source Inspection Surcharge: A surcharge is placed upon all orders requiring source inspection (pending purchase order review).

Repairs and Returns:
- Our goal is 100% satisfaction with every product you purchase from us.
- When returning items, you must contact us for shipping instructions and an RMA number. This number must be on the outside of each shipping carton.
- Standard items, which are returned, are subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom cable assemblies are neither returnable nor refundable. Prior to fabrication, all custom work requires signed design approval and acceptance.
Worswick Industries - A Division of RF Industries guarantees these assemblies will meet or exceed your specifications.
General notes: Cable assemblies will be measured end to end, with a tolerance of +2-0 inches. Unless otherwise specified, connectors used within standard line assemblies will have 50 Ohm impedance and are crimp style. Crimped connectors will be assembled with strain relief or adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing unless otherwise specified.
